The general objective of this work was to determine the impact of the Improvement Proposal to reduce operational costs in the management of maintenance and service of agricultural machinery in the company Cartavio S.A.A. To determine the improvements to be proposed, Pareto diagrams are created, analysis causes the effect, based on the information provided by the company Cartavio S.A.A. • KARDEX/ABC • IMPLEMENT A PLAN OF TRAINING • PROCEDURES / DOCUMENTATION / INSTRUCTIONS • MAINTENANCE PLAN These proposals will contribute to the reduction of operational costs in the management of maintenance and agricultural services in the company Cartavio S.A.A, since they will attack the most vulnerable parts of maintenance and service management today. Finally, a cost analysis is carried out for the implementation of the improvement proposal, identifying that an investment of S / 292,685.27 is estimated and the benefits that amount to S / 435,026.85 that will be achieved with the implementation of the proposal are described. It is concluded that the project and the implementation are profitable by generating a NPV of S / 659,628.38 and an annual IRR of 101.45%.
