Propuesta de mejora para reducir costos operacionales en la gestión de mantenimiento y servicios de maquinaria agrícola de la empresa Cartavio S.A.A.

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo general determinar el impacto de la Propuesta de mejora para reducir costos operacionales en la gestión de mantenimiento y servicio de maquinaria agrícola en la empresa Cartavio S.A.A. Para determinar las mejoras a proponer se elaboraron diagramas de Pareto, análisis causa efecto, teniendo como base la información proporcionada por la empresa Cartavio S.A.A Se presentaron CUATRO (04) propuestas de mejora: • KARDEX/ABC • IMPLEMENTAR UN PLAN DE CAPACITACIONES • PROCEDIMIENTOS ESTANDARIZADOS • PLAN DE MANTENIMIENTO Estas propuestas contribuirán a la reducción de costos operacionales en la gestión de mantenimiento y servicios agrícolas en la empresa Cartavio S.A.A, ya que atacarán las partes más vulnerables de la gestión de mantenimiento y servicios en la actualidad. Por último, se realiza un análisis de costos para la implementación de la propuesta de mejora, identificando que se estima una inversión de S/ 292,685.27 y se describen los beneficios que ascienden S/ 435,026.85 que se logrará con la implementación de la propuesta. Se concluye que el proyecto y la implementación son rentables al generar un VAN de S/659,628.38 y una TIR anual de 101.45%.

Finally, a cost analysis is carried out for the implementation of the improvement proposal, identifying that an investment of S / 292,685.27 is estimated and the benefits that amount to S / 435,026.85 that will be achieved with the implementation of the proposal are described. It is concluded that the project and the implementation are profitable by generating a NPV of S / 659,628.38 and an annual IRR of 101.45%.
