The present research “Organizational climate and its relationship with the job satisfaction of drivers of a cab company in the city of Trujillo, 2021“ had the objective of determining how the organizational climate is related to the job satisfaction of the drivers of a cab company in a context of health crisis. The study was based on a quantitative, correlational, non-experimental cross-sectional design. A sample of 152 drivers was obtained by applying the determined population formula. The study variables were evaluated by two questionnaires, which were validated through expert judgment. For the Organizational Climate variable, the Workplace Social Climate Scale (WES) questionnaire by Rudolf H. Moos; Bernice S. Moos and Edison J. Trickett was used with a high reliability of .870 and for the Job Satisfaction variable, the Job Satisfaction Scale questionnaire by Sonia Palma SL - SP (1999) was used with a high reliability of .910. Finally, it was found that the Sig (bilateral) was 0.000 less than 0.05, so the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted, i.e. that the organizational climate is related to the job satisfaction of the drivers of a cab company in a context of health crisis in the city of Trujillo, 2021. It should be noted that the correlation coefficient found was 0.782, which indicates that there is a positive and strong correlation between organizational climate and job satisfaction, i.e. as improvements are made in the organizational climate, the job satisfaction of the company's drivers will also improve.
