Estrategias de prevención del síndrome del Burnout aplicadas al diseño de espacios flexibles para el nuevo complejo de bomberos en Trujillo

Abstract

La presente tesis de investigación se titula ESTRATEGIAS DE PREVENCION DEL SINDROME DEL BURNOUT APLICADAS AL DISEÑO DE ESPACIOS FLEXIBLES PARA EL NUEVO COMPLEJO DE BOMBEROS EN TRUJILLO, desarrollada con la finalidad de obtener los cálculos para una nueva estación de bomberos, que cumpla con los requerimientos existentes y del futuro bomberil. Para lo cual se realizó una indagación teórica de la problemática, como sustento de obtención de datos en el Cuerpo General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú CGBVP, así mimo la obtención del sustento teórico apoyándose en investigaciones validadas, realizando el análisis de casos arquitectónicos con funciones similares, en donde se obtuvieron los lineamientos de diseño aplicado en el proyecto, en donde finalmente se pudo determinar que 443 bomberos requerirían de un nuevo complejo, dato que se vinculó con la programación y la obtención del terreno a través de la matriz de ponderación de terreno realizada específicamente para este tipo de proyecto. Por tanto, el complejo de bomberos cumple con las capacidades necesarias para apoyar al déficit actual de arquitectura en bomberos y los problemas psicológicos que estos abordan a lo largo de sus actividades.

This research thesis is titled BURNOUT SYNDROME PREVENTION STRATEGIES APPLIED TO THE DESIGN OF FLEXIBLE SPACES FOR THE NEW FIRE COMPLEX IN TRUJILLO, developed in order to obtain the calculations for a new fire station that meets the new requirements and of the future bomberil. For which a theoretical investigation of the problem was carried out, as a basis for obtaining data in the General Corps of Volunteer Firefighters of Peru CGBVP, as well as obtaining the theoretical support relying on validated research, performing the analysis of architectural cases with similar, where the design guidelines applied in the project were obtained, where it was finally possible to determine that 443 firefighters would require a new complex, data that was linked to the programming and obtaining the land through the terrain weighting matrix carried out specifically for this type of project. Therefore, the firefighting complex fulfills the necessary capacities to support the current architectural deficit in firefighters and the psychological problems that they address throughout their activities.
