The present investigation seeks the influence of percentages of tire dust in an asphalt mix, the general objective is to determine the influence of tire dust in an asphalt mix by dry means on local roads with flexible pavement, the research is experimental, where The Marshall test was performed for both the unmodified asphalt mix and those modified with tire dust at 2.5% and 5%. We had a stability of 6.86 Kn. in traditional mix, for the asphalt mix with 2.5% tire dust we have 10.65 Kn., and for the asphalt mix with 5% tire dust we have 10.84 Kn. Regarding the flow we have a percentage of 16.3 for the traditional mix, for the asphalt mix with 2.5% of tire dust we have a percentage of 15.7, and for the asphalt mix with 5% of tire dust we have a percentage of 15.3. Regarding the percentage of voids we had 16.3 for the traditional asphalt mix, for the asphalt mix with 2.5% tire dust we have 15.7, and for the asphalt mix with 5% tire dust we have 15.3. It is concluded that by using 2.5% of tire powder, the mechanical properties of the asphalt mixtures improves, both the stability, as well as the percentage of flow and voids. and when using 5% of tire powder, stability improves, the flow percentage is kept in the range, but the void percentage does not comply with the provisions of the CE Standard. 010 of Urban Pavements.
