ABSTRACT The present thesis had as objective to determine the relation between the Representational Systems and the Thought Styles of the workers of the Hospital Center of La Libertad. The research corresponded to the design of descriptive type - Correlational. The sample consisted of 70 employees of the Hospital Center of La Libertad. The instruments used were the Robert Dilts Representational Systems survey and Liliana Galvan's Thinking Style survey postulated by Ned Herrmann. With respect to the representational systems in the results, the visual representational system predominated. On the other hand in the results of the Styles of thought predominated the Social Emotive Thinking Style. Likewise, the social emotive thinking style was related to the kinesthetic representational system (28.6%); secondly, there were those with formal methodical style and visual representational system (18.6%), and thirdly, those with rational logic and system Auditory representation (15.7%). In addition, it was observed that the Chi Squared statistic showed a significance (p <0.05), which affirmed that there is a significant relationship between the Representational Systems and the Thinking Styles of the employees of the La Libertad Hospital Center. Similarly, most employees obtained a social emotive thinking style but did not have the visual representational system (31.4%). However, there were those with formal methodical style and visual representational system (18.6%). Then I could estimate that the Chi Square statistic gave us a significance (p <0.05), which affirmed that there is a significant relationship between the presence of the Visual Representational System and the Thought Styles of the employees of the La Libertad Hospital Center. Similarly with respect to the auditory representational system, most obtained the methodical rational style of thought (15.7%). Likewise, I could estimate that the Chi squared statistic gave us a significance (p <0.05), which affirmed that there is a significant relationship between the presence of the Auditory Representation System and the Thought Styles of the employees of the La Libertad Hospital Center. Similarly, workers who obtained a kinesthetic representational system, the majority had the style of social emotive thinking (28.6%). Likewise, I could estimate that the Chi Squared statistic gave us a significance (p <0.05), which affirmed that there is a significant relationship between the presence of the Kinesthetic Representational System and the Thinking Styles of the employees of the La Libertad Hospital Center. Key Words: Representational Systems, Thought Styles, Hospital Center.
