ABSTRACT The main objective of this research was to design an Integrated Management System OHSAS referenced in 18001: 2007 and ISO 14001: 2004 in order to reduce costs incurred by not having such management in the company INGENACC. To carry out the design, the first step was to make a diagnosis of the current situation thas has been conducted to determine the degree of compliance with international standards. The results were a 6% compliance to the ISO 14001: 2004 and 8% compliance for OHSAS 18001: 2007. In the same vein, main costs identified associated with the failure to implement management systems indicated to be: Cost SUNAFIL risk of fines, risk of environmental fines for nonsegregation of solid waste and presented by the accident in the company. Having determined the current status of Management Systems, the main elements as improvement proposals to reduce the current costs were designed for. Having obtained the reduction of costs (costs vs. actual costs with proposal), which amounts to 60%, we proceeded to determine the economic feasibility of carrying out such a design. The economic evaluation showed a NPV of S/418,790.00, annual IRR of 827% and a B / C of 3.20, meaning an overall feasibility of the proposal.
