The present investigation entitled “Endomarketing and Organizational Commitment in the workers of the company INNOVEK SAC, Trujillo, 2020“, aimed to determine the level of relation that exists between endomarketing and the organizational commitment of the workers of INNOVEK SAC; in order to contrast the investigation, the correlational non-experimental design was used, as a sample the total number of workers from INNOVEK SAC was taken, 26. The data collection instruments were two questionnaires, one for Endomarketing and the other for Organizational Commitment, both based on a scale of Likert with five response levels. The results obtained were tabulated and processed with the SPSS version 23 program. The level of perception of the Endomarketing variable in INNOVEK SAC workers is medium, with 16 workers representing 61.5% of the total sample. The level of Organizational Commitment of INNOVEK SAC workers is medium, with 18 workers representing 69.2% of the total sample. As a result of the relation of the endomarketing variable and the organizational commitment variable, a Spearman Rho of 0.7 was obtained, which indicates a positive and significant correlation. The relation of the Endomarketing variable with the affective, normative and continuity dimension of the Organizational Commitment was calculated, obtaining a Spearman Rho of 0.857, 0.680 and 0.465 respectively, which means a significant correlation level.
