Through this research, the aim is to demonstrate the importance of fostering this new Tax regime, which is valid through Legislative Decree No. 1269 created especially for the benefit of new companies, and thus, in some way, decrease informality. intends to achieve their development and reduce the tax inequalities that had been occurring until 2016, for which, we will demonstrate in this thesis the economic-financial effects as a result of the change from the General Regime to the Mype Tax regime, taking as general objective to determine how the migration of the General Regime to the Tax Mype of the company VIA SOLUTEC SAC in the period 2016-2017 affects the financial liquidity. The type of research in this work is quantitative; two variables were identified in said investigation (Mype Tax, financial situation). The relationship of both variables was favorable and measurable through the analysis of documents (financial statements) through financial ratios and the respective comparison of the two tax regimes. The research work concludes that the Mype Tributary regime positively affects the financial situation of the company VIA SOLUTEC SAC period 2016-2017. We hope that this work and the results obtained serve as a contribution for future research.
