ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the form of relationship between organizational culture with corporate social responsibility in a construction company in the period 2014 - 2015 , given that currently many organizations develop parallel programs of corporate social responsibility and seek to strengthen their organizational culture , leading to a meeting between these variables , so research seeks to understand how this relationship is manifested in the construction company . For this we have developed this correlational research with longitudinal research design, which was developed for a construction company in the city of Trujillo with samples 65, 68, 61 and 78 employees in each respective period. Instrument Denison Organizational Culture and the self-diagnostic tool for Corporate Social Responsibility were used. Also, this research finds its source of support in the theoretical contributions of Denison Organizational Culture and the theoretical model of Corporate Social Responsibility FECHAC. In the results it is emphasized that there is no relationship between the variables obtained a coefficient of 0.4 being the critical value 1.0 by the method of Spearman Brown, between organizational culture and corporate social responsibility in a construction company in the city of Trujillo in period 2014-2015. It also highlights that the organizational culture is maintained at an average level over time, unlike organizational culture that was perceived that Corporate Social Responsibility obtained a demotion in the last period, which the latter won a medium level, being the lowest in the competitiveness indicator of the Company and its relationship with its stakeholders scores. KEYWORDS: organizational culture, corporate social responsibility.
