Propuesta de un centro de atención para el adulto mayor aplicando estrategias de calentamiento y enfriamiento pasivo que permita el confort térmico

Abstract

La presente investigación corresponde a la aplicación de estrategias de calentamiento y enfriamiento pasivo influenciado por los parámetros térmicos necesarios para el espacio arquitectónico de un Centro de Atención y Rehabilitación Física para el adulto mayor. El autor desarrolla el documento en cinco capítulos cada uno con sus respectivos esquemas de desarrollo, en el primer capítulo se desarrolla el planteamiento de la problemática que enmarca la investigación, la recopilación de investigaciones realizadas anteriormente por diferentes autores considerados como referentes importantes para el desarrollo de la investigación, la justificación en cuanto a la necesidad de realizar el presente estudio, las limitaciones que podrían dificultar su desarrollo y cuáles son los objetivos que se pretenden alcanzar con esta investigación. El segundo capítulo es conformado por la formulación de la hipótesis donde se definen de forma general las variables que serán objeto de la investigación. A partir del cuarto capítulo se desarrolla la aplicación de la investigación en el elemento arquitectónico.

The present investigation corresponds to the application of strategies of warming and passive cooling influenced by the thermal parameters necessary for the architectural space of a Center of Attention and Physical Rehabilitation for the major adult. The author develops the document in five chapters each one with his respective schemes of development, in the first chapter there develops the exposition of the problematics that frames the investigation, the summary of investigations realized previously by different authors considered as important modals for the development of the investigation, the justification as for the need to realize the present study, the limitations that might impede his development and which are the aims that try to be reached by this investigation. The second chapter is shaped by the formulation of the hypothesis where there are defined of general form the variables that will be an object of the investigation. From the fourth chapter the application of the investigation develops in the architectural element.
