Abstract: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el grado de relación entre los
conflictos laborales y la productividad comercial de la financiera MICREDIT PERÚ en el año 2016.
Además sus objetivos específicos fueron conocer el comportamiento del número de conflictos laborales
ocurridos en esta financiera, del tipo de conflicto laboral ocurrido en la financiera y de la productividad
comercial. El tipo de investigación realizado es correlacional y se utilizó el diseño longitudinal
correlacional con un solo grupo. La población objetivo estuvo constituida por todas las operaciones
comerciales quincenales que se realizan en la empresa financiera y la muestra la constituyó las
operaciones comerciales quincenales comprendidas entre Enero 2016 a Diciembre 2016 de la empresa
financiera MICREDIT PERÚ.
La productividad de la empresa empezó a caer en el segundo semestre del año 2016, teniendo una
diferencia sobre el periodo 2015 de 3.3 millones
Las conclusiones obtenidas en la presente investigación son las siguientes: La correlación entre el
número de conflictos laborales y la productividad comercial en la financiera MICREDIT PERU durante
el año 2016 obtuvo un valor de r = -0.9178 lo que significa que existe un alto grado de relación
significativa negativa entre las variables; el número de conflictos laborales ocurridos en la empresa
financiera MICREDIT PERU durante el año 2016 fue de 137, donde 78 son muy graves, 33 son graves
y 26 son leves. En los meses de Agosto, Septiembre y Octubre se aprecia el mayor número de conflictos
laborales, donde se manifiesta una mayor frecuencia en el nivel MUY GRAVE. La productividad
comercial de la financiera MICREDIT PERU, desde Enero Q1 hasta Julio Q2 la productividad se
mantiene por encima de 400,000 soles, mientras que a partir de Agosto Q1 Hasta Noviembre Q2,
descendió hasta los 171,800 soles, para luego crecer de manera positiva hasta Diciembre Q2. El modelo
que mejor se ajusta al comportamiento de la productividad comercial, es el modelo cúbico, el cual
presenta el mayor R2=80.38% como medida de bondad de ajuste.

The general objective of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between labor conflicts and the commercial productivity of the MICREDIT PERÚ financial company in 2016. In addition, its specific objectives were to know the behavior of the number of labor conflicts that occurred in this financial institution, of the type of labor conflict occurred in the financial and commercial productivity. The type of research carried out is correlational and the longitudinal correlational design with a single group was used. The target population was constituted by all the biweekly commercial transactions that are carried out in the financial company and the sample was constituted by the biweekly commercial operations comprised between January 2016 to December 2016 of the financial company MICREDIT PERÚ.
