Plan de negocio para brindar los servicios de estudio de suelos a una empresa líder en minería, ubicado en el departamento de Junín, provincia Yauli, distrito Morococha

Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta tesis es apoyar la planificación estratégica de una empresa de ingeniería de servicios especializados en minería de estudio de suelos como Plan de Negocios, evaluar la viabilidad técnica económica y financiera, para contribuir en toda la etapa que se requiere en las diferentes áreas de un proyecto Minero, dependiendo de las necesidades, abarcando netamente los servicios de estudios de Suelos , las características, sus propiedades mecánicas, físicas, químicas, podemos establecer recomendaciones geotécnicas del terreno, mediante muestras de suelos obtenidas realizando calicatas a cierta profundidades, para su posterior análisis y resultados concluyendo con un informe del servicio. El proyecto tiene varias etapas y objetivos propuestos que realmente fueron: Estudio de Mercado, Estudio Técnico, Estudio económico y Financiero, se desarrolla un Análisis FODA donde se presenta las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades, amenazas y estrategia de negocios. En el estudio de Mercado, al evaluar el mercado de los servicios de Estudios de Suelos se determinó el mercado objetivo del proyecto. El tipo de Organización que tendrá la Empresa es una Sociedad Anónima cerrada (SAC). El estudio Económico y Financiero se va definir la inversión del proyecto, el financiamiento, los ingresos, egresos, se determina el punto de equilibrio y se observa los estados financieros de ganancias y pérdidas y Flujo de Caja. Luego se demuestra la viabilidad económica y financiera del proyecto mediante los indicadores económicos del Valor Actual Neto (VAN), Tasa interna de retorno (TIR) y el tiempo de recupero de mi inversión. Al finalizar estos índices nos indican si es factible nuestro proyecto.

The main objective of this thesis is to support the strategic planning of an engineering company specialized in soil study mining as Business Plan, to evaluate the technical and financial feasibility, to contribute in all the stage that is required in the different Areas of a mining project, depending on the needs, clearly covering the services of studies of Soils, the characteristics, their mechanical, physical and chemical properties, we can establish geotechnical recommendations of the land, by means of soil samples obtained by performing pits at certain depths, to Its subsequent analysis and results, thus concluding with a report of the service. The project has several stages and objectives that were actually proposed: Market Study, Technical Study, Economic and Financial Study, a SWOT Analysis is developed which presents the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, threats and business strategy. In the Market study, when evaluating the Market for Soil Studies services, the target market for the project was determined. The type of Organization that the Company will have is a closed corporation (SAC). The Economic and Financial study will define the project investment, financing, income, expenses, determine the break-even point and observe the financial statements of profit and loss and Cash Flow. The economic and financial feasibility of the project is then demonstrated through the economic indicators of the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the recovery time of my investment. At the end of these indices indicate if our project is feasible.
