Dependencia emocional y agresividad en estudiantes de último ciclo de una universidad privada de Lima, 2021

Abstract

La investigación realizada tuvo como fin principal el determinar la relación entre las variables dependencia emocional y agresividad. Considerando que se realizó en base a un enfoque cuantitativo, presentando un diseño correlacional, así como un alcance de corte transversal. En cuanto a la muestra estuvo conformada por 80 estudiantes a los cuales se les administró el cuestionario de agresividad de Buss y Perry (1992) validado por Roca (2020) y la escala de dependencia emocional de Lemos y Londoño (2006) validado por Ventura y Caycho (2016). En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos se identificó que existe correlación positiva significativa entre las variables dependencia emocional y agresividad (rho = .764, p < .05); del mismo modo se halló correlación significativa entre dependencia emocional y las dimensiones de agresividad tales como agresión física (rho = .518), agresión verbal (rho = .646), hostilidad (rho = .738) e ira (rho = .591). De esta manera se concluye que existe relación directamente proporcional entre dependencia emocional y agresividad.

The main purpose of the research carried out was to determine the relationship between the variables emotional dependence and aggressiveness. Considering that it was carried out based on a quantitative approach, presenting a correlational design, as well as a cross-sectional scope. As for the sample, it was made up of 80 students who were administered the aggressiveness questionnaire by Buss and Perry (1992) validated by Roca (2020) and the emotional dependence scale by Lemos and Londoño (2006) validated by Ventura and Caycho (2016). Regarding the results obtained, it was identified that there is a significant positive correlation between the variables emotional dependence and aggressiveness (rho = .764, p <.05); Similarly, a significant correlation was found between emotional dependence and aggressiveness dimensions such as physical aggression (rho = .518), verbal aggression (rho = .646), hostility (rho = .738) and anger (rho = .591). In this way, it is concluded that there is a directly proportional relationship between emotional dependence and aggressiveness.
