This work was carried out in a national air navigation service company, whose branch is located in the city of Trujillo, aimed to propose strategic guidelines as a means to improve the organizational climate in the company under study, in order to improve sensibly the environment that surrounds the collaborators. Among its specific objectives is to analyze the organizational climate dimensions present in the company. The type of research design is non-experimental -descriptive. Through the application of a survey it was possible to obtain the data, which were expressed in tables and graphs. Through the respective analysis of each of the six dimensions evaluated, it is determined: The three dimensions “reward“, “enthusiasm and support“ and “autonomy“ obtained 41%, 44% and 49% respectively as approval in the survey results. ; this denotes a negative perception regarding the remunerative system, as well as the little interest that is given to teamwork and the little collaboration that exists between co-workers; what prevents a good work performance. In addition to the survey, other qualitative techniques were used to complement the diagnosis, such as the interview and the analysis through the Ishikawa diagram; which gave greater qualifications to the main root causes of the low level of organizational climate such as: poor compensations (16.7%), there are no teamwork projects (15.2%), no feedback is received from the performance evaluation (13.6%) ), the leader does not commit to his work team (12.1%), little delegation of activities (10.6%) and lack of support from colleagues (9.1%). Thanks to the diagnosis, the general objective of proposing the following strategic guidelines has been met: on compensation system, team work and performance evaluation; which have been developed in actions or activities that allow the implementation and therefore the improvement of the organizational climate.
