My general objective was to delineate administrative responsibilities in the disciplinary regime of PNP Law No. 30714, in cases of vehicle driving while intoxicated between offenders who cause and do not cause traffic accidents. The following methodology was used: The type of research according to its function is basic, the qualitative approach, its inductive method, is of hermeneutical design and case study. The technique used is the interview and the instrument is the interview guide. Five police officers, two specialist lawyers and one cashier in retirement took part The main conclusion was to define the administrative responsibilities in the disciplinary regime of PNP Law No. 30714, in cases of vehicle driving while intoxicated between offenders who cause and do not cause traffic accidents, it is necessary because there is evidence of an excess in the penalty In this type of case, it can be divided into three key points which are: Driving while intoxicated itself, driving while intoxicated subsequent to material damage and driving while intoxicated subsequent to injuries and death.
