Aplicación del sistema de organización penitenciario en espina, en el diseño del nuevo centro penitenciario para la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado APLICACIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE ORGANIZACIÓN PENITENCIARIA EN ESPINA EN EL DISEÑO DEL NUEVO CENTRO PENITENCIARIO PARA LA CIUDAD DE TRUJILLO.”, se desarrolló con la finalidad de poder calcular la cantidad de población penitenciaria existente y futura en la ciudad de Trujillo, y demostrara que la infraestructura penitenciaria actual de la mencionada ciudad no cuenta con las condiciones para poder albergar a la población penitenciara existente y futura.. Para validar la realidad problemática se usaron los informes anuales proporcionados por el INPE los cuales detallan el incremento de la población penitenciaria; en cuanto a la variable y poder corroborar su validez y que podrá funcionar correctamente con el objeto arquitectónico, se recurrió al análisis de 6 casos, cada uno de ellos prisiones en las cuales se aplicaron la variable de organización penitenciaria en forma de espina, en casos internacionales de Latino América. A manera de resultado se obtiene un centro penitenciario que complemente a los existentes y pueda abastecer a la sobrepoblación existente y futura; además funcione correctamente según las normas de seguridad brindadas por el INPE para cárceles las cuales principalmente son las de contención, seguridad y rehabilitación.

As a result, a penitentiary center is obtained that complements the existing ones and can supply the existing and future overpopulation It also works properly according to the security standards provided by the INPE for prisons, which are mainly those for containment, security and rehabilitation.
