The present investigation titled: Retention and rotation of personnel in industrial companies, dedicated to the manufacture of mattresses in Carmen de la Legua district, Callao - Perú, 2020. We sought to analyze the relationship between these two variables: Retention and Rotation. According to surveys carried out in recent years, in the Peruvian labor market there is a high rate of staff removed in the sales area, however, few organizations analyze the impact of this issue on the profits of the company. Evidencing this problem in the various companies where we work, we seek to analyze the impact of this factor and, at the same time, to establish improvement plans with regard to the fidelity towards the bran among the sales personnel, through the development of incentive deals that will enhance the development and retention of the talent; in order to meet the main objective, the reduction of staff rotation and therefore, the maximization of company profits. A survey was carried out on the workers in order to know what opinion each of them has related to the rotation of personnel in the production area, since it is very high, as well as to identify what companies do to motivate their workers and how to retain a good worker who has more than 10 years in the company.
