This article is the result of a systematic review with the objective of determining the new Trends for the Retention of the Personnel in different work items. To this end, articles published in journals of European and Latin American origin have been selected; in search engines such as Redalyc, Scielo, also magazines of prestigious universities among others, in a period of ten years. Based on a database of 35 studies between Human Resources and Content Analysis, a reference framework has been prepared that allows us to identify the priority topics in this type of research and characterize them through their general and methodological features. For the realization of this work a database of secondary sources was used, here they are exposed to many authors. Through the realization, search of information in the research found that there are more relevant trends at present, some authors agreed with some of them and it is concluded that each time they have greater strength, these tendencies intend to “rescue“ the human being within public or private, national and international organizations. This work was carried out, respecting the authors, mentioning the sources of information.
