On the other hand, to evaluate the relationship between work and family was applied the “Work - Family Interaction Questionnaire developed by S. Geurts and colaborators., which presented an acceptable reliability with a Cronbach alpha of .72 and a validity between .21 and .58 in the Pearson correlation coefficient between the item and the corrected total. The results showed that there is a direct, considerable degree and highly significant correlation between psychological well - being and positive family - work interaction; a direct, weak and significant correlation with negative family - work interaction and positive work - family interaction and a non - significant correlation with the negative work - family interaction in these workers.
