Abstract: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar en qué medida influye la transformación digital en la producción de café orgánico en el C. P. Miraflores Bagua Grande, año 2020. La metodología utilizada es descriptiva correlacional de diseño pre experimental, la población lo componen 3000 planta de café y la muestra 20 plantas. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron encuesta, ficha de registro y hoja de observación que luego de ser validada se aplicó a 36 agricultores. A continuación, se obtuvo los resultados se comprueba la hipó tesis a través de la Prueba de t de student se obtuvo como resultado promedio de ρ = ,002307 lo cual indica una variación positiva considerable. Por lo que se rechazó la Hipótesis nula (Ho) y se aceptó la Hipótesis Alterna (Hi). Llegando a la conclusión que existe influencia positiva de la transformación digital en la producción del cultivo de café. También se logró medir la confiabilidad de la Aplicación a través del indicador de satisfacción obteniendo un 75% de encuestados Totalmente Satisfechos y Satisfechos con la información. Finalmente se diseñó un modelo de transformación digital basado en estrategia empresarial, procesos, tecnología digital y cultura organizacional, manteniendo un enfoque transversal de mejora continua.
The main objective of this research is to determine to what extent the digital transformation influences the production of organic coffee in the CP Miraflores Bagua Grande, year 2020. The methodology is descriptive correlational of pre experimental design, the population is made up of 3000 coffee plants and It shows 20 plants. The instruments used were surveyed, registration form and observation sheet that after being validated was applied to 36 farmers. Then, the results are obtained, the hypothesis is verified through the Student Test, and the average result of ρ = .002307 is obtained, which indicates a considerable positive variation. Therefore, the Null Hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the Alternate Hypothesis (Hi) was accepted. Coming to the conclusion that there is a positive influence of the digital transformation in the production of coffee cultivation. The reliability of the Application can also be measured through the satisfaction indicator, obtaining 75% of Fully Satisfied and Satisfied respondents with the information. Finally, a digital transformation model based on business strategy, processes, digital technology and organizational culture was designed, focusing on a transversal approach to continuous improvement.
