Criterios biofílicos de naturaleza en el espacio para el Centro Integral del Adulto Mayor en Trujillo 2019

Abstract

La presente tesis se basa principalmente en el planteamiento de un Centro Integral, cuya finalidad es atender a la necesidad de espacios que estén dirigidos al bienestar y confort del adulto mayor. Por tal motivo se recopilará datos de la OMS, PAM, INEI, que ayudaran a analizar la situación actual de esta población a nivel Global, Nacional y Local. El principal problema que se encontró en este tipo de proyectos es la ausencia de áreas verdes y espacios de interacción social al aire libre, lo que ocasiona en el adulto de la tercera edad angustia, estrés y ansiedad. Es por ello que se opta en incorporar la variable de criterios biofílicos, con el propósito de brindar al usuario espacios saludables, cálidos, acogedores, y a la vez reducir el estrés típico de los adultos mayores. Para corroborar la efectividad de esta variable se analizará casos análogos, los cuales se caracterizan por tener una organización espacial lineal, con patios verdes interiores y emplean muros cortina como cerramiento. Con el fin de lograr ambientes iluminados y ventilados naturalmente. Asimismo, generan en los equipamientos sostenibilidad y conexión con la naturaleza. Esto otorga al adulto mayor felicidad, bienestar y tranquilidad en la última etapa de sus vidas.

In order to achieve naturally lit and ventilated environments. They also generate sustainability and connection with nature in the facilities. This gives the adult greater happiness, well-being and tranquility in the last stage of their life.
