The present document “Experiential communication through the senses to understand consumer behavior“ analyze the consumer experience through the senses and how it influences their behavior in the purchasing process. The question that is sought to be answered is: How does experiential communication through the senses influence consumer behavior in the purchasing process between the years 2009 - 2019? , to subsequently start a search and analysis of theses, articles and research books between 2009 and 2019; for this it was defined as scientific search engines: Google Scholar, Ebsco, ProQuest, Scielo, Alicia, Microsoft Academic, Redalyc and Dialnet; which were stored in the database matrix according to title, university, IMRD, author, year of publication, type of research, country, concepts, search strategy and discard and inclusion. Based on this, a total of 100% was obtained as results in the table of characteristics of the studies based on the type of document such as journal articles, 1584; thesis, 1115 and books, 99. Likewise, it is based on the years of publication 2009 - 2019 where a total of 2168 results were found and also on the journal table of publication of the article where 19 magazines were found and a sum of 20 articles. Regarding the limitations, these are associated with the studies, which mostly do not correspond to the initial year of search. The selected information comes from articles and theses, the books being the least found source. Thus concluding that the systematic review explains in context how brands are no related to traditional communication strategies but rather to the use of new techniques that allow consumers to be involved with the brand, giving a differential value.
