There are different types of architecture; Some focus on the formal theme with extravagant or simple designs, others in the functional that respond to the needs of the user, others think that “Less is More“ (Mies Van dher Rohe); But also, there is an architecture in which it is fully involved with the environment working in a friendly manner with it and thus meet the requirements of the user, this architecture is called “bioclimatic architecture“. The bioclimatic architecture is currently influencing globally because it is seeking to counteract the existence of architectural projects which have no relation to their location or care to meet the needs Of the user and keep them in the environmental comfort zone; In addition at national and local level there is no reliable sample of this type of architecture. Therefore, this research study studied and analyzed the bioclimatic architecture based on its three principles: climate, technological solutions and thermal envelope in order to obtain as a result the environmental, thermal and luminous comfort in a Architectural project; These principles are part of a methodology; This means that in order to obtain an optimal bioclimatic design, it is necessary to start from the climate through an analysis which will allow to establish the climate zone of the project site and to be able to enter the data in an abacus psychrometric which establishes Bioclimatic strategies based on technological solutions such as refrigeration, passive heating, natural lighting and thermal envelope as insulation and thermal inertia of materials, these strategies are complemented with those used in the Cases analyzed. There are many ways to test environmental comfort in a particular project; In this case the ArchiWizard software was used, which by means of a 3d simulation of the architectural project in which the Bioclimatic principles are present with their respective strategies, determines if they are applied in a suitable way, giving as Results Thermal and luminous comfort ranges. Finally, applying the whole methodology correctly, it is possible to obtain both thermal and luminous comfort through the architectural design bioclimatic of a basic educational center special for children from zero to fourteen years in the province of Cajamarca.
