The present work is the result of a study of the influence of the management of human talent on the job performance of the employees of the LongHorn Cajamarca Restaurant. The objective was to determine the influence that exists of the management of human talent in the work performance of the employees of the restaurant LongHorn Cajamarca, 2018. The research was non-Experimental, correlational with transversal design. The sample was determined for convenience, with 15 collaborators surveyed, the information was collected using a questionnaire that consisted of 4 dimensions and 20 items for the variable of human talent management and 3 dimensions and 15 items for the performance variable labor, which were applied with prior informed consent. To test the hypothesis, the Somerso test was performed, where the approximate significance (Sig. Approx. = 0.006) is lower than the confidence level (α = 0.05), therefore it could be affirmed that the management of human talent significantly influenced the work performance of the collaborators of the LongHorn Restaurant. The result obtained for human talent management showed that 60% of the collaborators surveyed report that only human talent management is sometimes carried out in the LongHorn restaurant, and 66.7% of the respondents mention that the work performance in the restaurant is not the optimum.
