The main objective of this work is to determine the impact of the proposal to improve quality management on the increase in profitability of an agricultural company located in the Region of Libertad 2021. The work corresponds to a cross-sectional pre-experimental investigation, since the study implies the application of knowledge; as well as the quantification of the impact of the improvements implemented, which is why the production area of the agricultural company was taken as an analysis sample, which served as a source of information on costs, times and quality of processes to propose and analyze opportunity cost and productivity indicators; Furthermore, to improve these indicators, the implementation of the Global GAP standard, the training plan and the 5S tool were used to improve the quality of the company's processes. The results of the improvement had a positive impact on the company's sales; with an increase in the sale price of asparagus from 0.80 USD / kg on average to 1.23 USD / kg on average, representing an increase of 53.4%; increase in production from 15759 to 17334 kg / season on average, also a reduction in cost of manpower in S / 715 per campaign; All this with an investment of S / 41,270, obtaining a VAN of the project of S / 216,192, an TIR of 55%, a ratio of B / C of 2.05, ROI of 1.1 and ROE of 20.06%.
