ABSTRACT The research developed as an investment project for the marketing of ladies handmade footwear through a virtual platform aimed at the Metropolitan Lima market seeks the use of ecommerce tools as a dynamic and simple mechanism to shorten complex processes within a supply chain (Internal customer) and practicality in real time (external customer). Trends in the use of technological tools associated with electronic commerce play an important role in the viability of our operations in a progressive way by complementing a traditional sales channel, allowing the expansion of the target market with greater coverage through delivery to the point of dispatch on request the client's. Our country is still below average in the use of electronic commerce, but it is planned through this investment project to contribute to the dissemination of this mechanism that will undoubtedly help to place our country in a sustainable development in the use of technology. Complementing the information, it should be noted that the project mentioned in the financial study corroborates the viability of the business with an initial investment of S /. 220,000 of which the partners contribute S /. 85,000 c / u and a 10-year bank loan of S /. 50,000. Regarding the profitability of the business, a cumulative balance of the favorable flow to the third year of almost 100% is established, the subsequent years being up to the tenth year of the sustainable projection reaching S /. 1,432,662.
