The lack and abandonment of establishments specialized in residence for the elderly in Peru is a reality that over time has become a major problem, given that, the demand and lack of attention to this vulnerable sector of the population has been increasing, so it was chosen to carry out this quantitative methodological research, complemented with the application of strategies of psychomotricity and autovalency, because of its great impact and relationship with the user and infrastructure. Therefore, in the results we obtain design guidelines such as Euclidean volumetric composition on a single level, in a linear manner with orthogonal offsets and views or outputs to a landscape area, application of subtractions volumes on the surface, likewise the use of landscaped balconies and vertical circulation ramps, as well as the use of suitable materials according to their function as the non-slip floors throughout the project and the reflective light glasses, located in strategic points of the psychomotor spaces. In this way, a design was made that meets the needs and limitations of the elderly in Trujillo, in addition to benefiting the user, the city and the community with this infrastructure.
