ABSTRACT The main objective of the present work is to propose an improvement in the process of attention of the orders of external inspections in the cabinet, of the contractor Eulen Acciona; in order to solve the problem of shortage of personnel in the days with greater workload, in addition to minimize the delays of sending digital and physical information to the contracting company SEDAPAL. In order to define the problem and propose improvement solutions, historical information tables have been used, and from this the Gantt and Pareto diagrams have been drawn up, in order to be able to graphically identify the problem. Also, to define the time and processes that do not give value to the current management, a new process activity diagram has been redesigned, with the purpose of streamlining the overall process of service orders in the cabinet. The work makes it possible to conclude that if the proposal is put into practice, it allows for better results in the use of human resources and the progress of the information delivery times to the contracting company, without the need to increase operational personnel and respecting the attention times that the business management schedule establishes it. The results obtained are: Reduction of attention of 50,842 external service orders or 44% of the load, projected to 07 months. Reduction of the use of human resources, both in the field for the attention of inspection orders and in the cabinet for the ordinance of the same, which represents 143 days' wages. The attention time of the orders of external inspections in the cabinet was improved, reducing the initial time from 717 to 437 minutes.
