We currently live in a society where the private universities of Peru, is putting a lot of emphasis on education, since they consider that it will be the pillar for good management of our country. That is why we have carried out a systematic review regarding virtual education, which is also known as virtual courses (e-learning), distance courses, among others. The review includes three parts: education, the advantages of virtual courses and the deficiencies of virtual courses. The latest technological advances force us to keep in constant process of change and improvement, since young people now prefer to use the tools and materials at their disposal during the time and the moments they consider most convenient, thus achieving results optimal in its preparation. Many people have access to this type of education in private universities in Peru, since they are a good option to study from the comfort of their home and at any time they are free, because there is no established schedule. Finally, people must be constant, since all interaction between teacher and student will be through a computer, leaving aside the human part, although technology gives us many advantages, for some it does not provide great solutions. For our systematic review the following databases are used, among which are: Google, Google academic, Redalyc and Scielo. Likewise, inclusion and exclusion criteria are applied for the collection of information.
