Influencia del presupuesto maestro sobre la situación financiera y económica de una institución educativa de nivel técnico de la ciudad de Trujillo, año 2008 - 2010

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo se realizó en un Instituto de Educación Superior, situado en el Distrito de Trujillo, para los períodos 2008 al 2010. En esta investigación se aborda y se expone el diseño de la planificación Financiera en base al Presupuesto Maestro como resultado del procedimiento aplicado, su implantación y se realiza una evaluación de los resultados obtenidos. Nuestra tesis esta dividido en cuatro capítulos. En el Capítulo I Marco Metodológico muestra principalmente el problema, la hipótesis, el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos. En el Capítulo II Marco Teórico, damos a conocer todo lo referente a las instituciones educativas técnicas de nivel superior y a la evaluación financiera a través del Presupuesto Maestro. El Capítulo III Diagnóstico y Planificación Financiera, esta enfocado al análisis de la institución en estudio, determinando la situación actual de la empresa y proponiendo las mejoras financieras y económicas, con la finalidad de lograr un eficiente manejo de las operaciones para la obtención de resultados satisfactorios. En el Capítulo IV Formulación del Presupuesto Maestro en la Institución, proponemos los presupuestos que se aplicarán en la institución para mejorar la situación económica y financiera de la empresa.

ABSTRACT This present work was performed at a Superior Education Institute situated in Trujillo district, for the periods 2008 - 2010. In this research, a financial planning approach is focused based on the main budget as a result of the applied procedure, its implementation and an evaluation of the results is performed. Our thesis is divided in four chapters. In chapter I, The Methodological Frame shows the main problem, the hypothesis, the general objective and the specific objectives. In chapter II, The Theoretical Frame, we announce everything related to the Superior Technical Educational Institutions and the financial evaluation through the main budget. In chapter III, The Diagnostic and Financial Planning is focused on the analysis of the institution being studied, determining the current situation and proposing the financial and economic improvements, with the purpose of achieving an efficient management of the operations in order to obtain satisfactory results. In chapter IV, The Formulation of the Main Budget in the institution, we propose the budgets that will be applied in the institution to enhance the financial and economic situation of the enterprise.
