The present thesis entitled “Work motivation and productivity in the Local Educational Management Unit of the province of San Pablo, Cajamarca region, in the year 2022“, had the objective of determining the relationship between work motivation and productivity in the Management Unit Local Education in the province of San Pablo, Cajamarca region, in the year 2022, this research work consists of six chapters, having in the first chapter the research question about the relationship between work motivation and productivity, in the second chapter the theoretical framework, where the theoretical bases were developed, in the third chapter the research hypothesis was developed, in the fourth chapter it was emphasized that the research is Basic, of a non-experimental design, correlational and cross-sectional type. Regarding the population and sample, it was made up of 65 workers, to whom a Likert-type scale survey was applied, in the fifth chapter it was concluded that there is a low connection between work motivation and productivity, resulting in Rho = 0.394. Through the Spearman coefficient, in the sixth chapter the corresponding discussion, conclusions and recommendations were implemented.
