The present research work happens of the problems observed at the company Bottling Plant Trisa EIRL in Cajamarca, expressed in the dead time of 0,11 minutes about in the 8 lines of the equivalent daily production in the costs of productivity to S 10691,37 yearly; Also of the body postures used by the 8 workers that remain standing in the whole process of working hours and the lack of control of the resources used for the production of desktop water like EPP, raw material, materials and teams. The mentioned before problems in our research work, EIRL to increase productivity consists in designing the improvement of methods of work and standardization of times in Embotelladora Trisa. The improving design is based in observations and analysis of record of the photo of times in the different production lines, with the application of the Método Rebas for study of body posture of the laborers, Método ABC to give priority to the purchase of materials and raw materials and the Bimanual Method to know the motions used by them laborer. The results that turned out well are: In the standardization of times in the production lines it was determined that the standard time is 7,55 min at present and with the proposal the percentage of the total of 17 items conquers to 7,34 min, in relation to the method ABC he is 41,18 % with 7 items that are indispensable for the production of desktop water. According to the indicators VAN, TIR and IR, the project is, considering the VAN S/369531.36, TIR viably 361 % bigger IR each employed sun has to the opportunity cost of the 9 % and he S/14.00's pullback index.
