Propuesta de implementación del sistema de gestión ambiental (SGA) Norma ISO 14001 para la preservación del medio ambiente marítimo en la planta Chancay de Pesquera Centinela SAC - 2020 - 2021

Abstract

Es evidente que la sociedad le esté dando mayor importancia a la protección del medio ambiente bajo los requisitos de la norma ISO 14001. Esta tesis se originó con el propósito de mejorar el desempeño ambiental en la empresa Pesquera Centinela SAC; teniendo en cuenta el interés que la organización tiene en controlar los aspectos e impactos ambientales, promover la mejora continua y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo ambiental aplicable. El desarrollo del trabajo se ejecutó en diferentes etapas que comprendieron desde el diagnóstico inicial del sistema de gestión ambiental y finalizando en la planificación para la implementación del sistema de gestión ambiental. Al implementar el sistema se debe definir responsabilidades y funciones, medir la competencia de personal de tal forma para poder elaborar programas de capacitación y entrenamiento cubriendo falencias encontradas y sensibilizar al personal. Se deben facilitar herramientas que sirvan para verificar si la organización está actuando de acuerdo a lo planeado y determinado. Finalmente, se realizaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones esperando que esta investigación sea de gran aporte para la organización.

Society is giving more importance to mid environment based on ISO 14001 norm requirements and that’s more than evident nowadays. This thesis has been created to enhance Pesquera Centinela S.A.C. environmental performance; including Organization’s interest to control environmental aspects and impacts, promote continuous improvement and guarantee aplicable environment normative fulfillment. This work have been accomplished in phases starting with initial environmental management system diagnostics and finishing with environmental management system implementation planning. During this system’s implementation, roles and functions must be defined, measure all staff’s proficiency in such a way to create training programs to sensitize work staff and covering their founded lack of skills. Many tools may be provided to verify if Organizations are working according to what have been set and planned. At last, conclusions and recommendations have been placed waiting for this investigation to be a big input for the Organization.
