This project deals with the design and implementation of a slider revolving system with a Bluetooth control to improve the audiovisual rotating shots or captures in the company CP Producciones Audiovisuales S.A.C. This was achieved with the use of two complementary equipments, a spinning table for the shooting objective and an slider to generate linear and revolving movements over the camera. The study was divided on the mechanics or structural analysis, electronics and control. For the mechanics, calculus and simulations were made about the materials properties in Autodesk Inventor to select and create the final design. Torques of movements and motors DC dimensions were also calculated. The electronics systems needed the review, selections and use of components to energize and generate the correct signals to the used modules. The control was based on a programmed microcontroller to regulate speeds, start and stop each motor and spinning orientation trough a Bluetooth communication with a remote Smartphone. This all result in a slider with 3 degrees of freedom and a spinning table, able to generate audiovisual spinning captures for loads up to 240kg with a maximum speed of 4RPM and 3cm/s for the camera. Finally, the result was a correct synchronized function of the system with a Bluetooth control by the user of the CP Producciones Audiovisuales S.A.C company, improving their services.
