The objective of this research work is to determine the perception of the level of knowledge about internationalization strategies of the logistics operator Isa Shipping S.A.C. The methodology, in relation to the type of research is qualitative, descriptive. We worked with the personnel who carried out their functions in the company continuously. An interview based on the subcategories “Internationalization of companies“, “International Marketing Strategy“, “Research and development“, “Planning and control“ was used as an information gathering tool. In conclusion, the knowledge regarding the perception of the level of knowledge about internationalization strategies by each one of the collaborators of the company Isa Shipping SAC is low, stating that the company does not have a solid perception regarding international terms, which makes it difficult the achievement of new long-term objectives, because aspiring or considering entering new territories with prior information related to these issues, is a good alternative to facilitate development in the face of new challenges, being successful in relation to the competition.
