Gestión de inventarios en el área de patrimonio de un hospital ubicado en el distrito de Cercado de Lima, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el desarrollo de la gestión de inventarios en el área de patrimonio de un hospital ubicado en el distrito del Cercado de Lima, 2021. La metodología que se utilizó fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, nivel descriptivo y con diseño no experimental. La muestra tomada fue por conveniencia, con una población de 30 servidores de la Área de Patrimonio Oficina de Logística, Oficina de Servicios Generales y Mantenimiento, Oficina de Gestion Tecnológica y Oficina de Estadística e Informática. Asimismo, la técnica que se manejó fue la encuesta, teniendo como instrumento el cuestionario, el cual obtuvo un alfa de Cronbach de 0.713, siendo este validado al 100% por 3 expertos de la Universidad Privada del Norte. Finalmente, se concluye que el mayor porcentaje de usuarios con bienes a cargo, dan como respuesta que a veces se desarrolla la gestión de inventarios, mientras que un 24% dice que casi nunca, un 18% responden que casi siempre, otro 17% dicen que siempre y un 4% refiere que nunca se lleva a cabo esta gestión. En este contexto la gestión de inventarios de la institución debe plantear un plan de mejora para su mejor desarrollo.

The general objective of this research was to determine the development of inventory management in the heritage area of a hospital located in the Cercado de Lima district, 2021. The methodology used was a quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and with non-experimental design. The sample taken was for convenience, with a population of 30 employees from the Heritage Area Logistics Office, General Services and Maintenance Office, Technological Management Office and Statistics and Information Technology Office. Likewise, the technique used was the survey, using the questionnaire as an instrument, which obtained a Cronbach's alpha of 0.713, this being 100% validated by 3 experts from the Universidad Privada del Norte. Finally, it is concluded that the highest percentage of users with goods in charge, give as an answer that inventory management is sometimes developed, while 24% say that almost never, 18% answer that almost always, another 17% say that always and 4% refer that this management is never carried out. In this context, the inventory management of the institution must propose an improvement plan for its better development.
