Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the practice that in recent years and in the face of any crisis many companies, large, medium and small, in the private or public sector, are implementing in their management, due to the impact it generates on social development, economic and environmental. The objective of the study was to detail the various results and approaches on CSR in the face of a pandemic. The methodology used was exploratory and not experimental. It was determined to answer the following question: How does CSR develop in the face of a pandemic? The results obtained show that many of the companies manage to obtain positive results by implementing optimal CSR, however, it was also found that in many situations some organizations They do not implement these practices well, generating internal and external conflicts. Furthermore, when there is a pandemic that has not yet been 100% studied, unexpected changes can occur, often limiting the market for industries. We can mention that one of the limitations of the present study was the little information that is available on pandemics and the CSR that they implemented. Finally, it was concluded that in recent years the way of conceptualizing and practicing CSR has changed favorably, since the types of problems and crises that are generated in companies and organizations vary depending on the category and their locality.
