The objective of this research was to determine the relationship of internal social responsibility as a strategy in the job satisfaction of the collaborators of the Heladería Holanda SRL Cajamarca. The type of this research is basic, and the design used is not experimental; with a correlational descriptive study level. Having a population of 28 collaborators of the Holland SRL Ice Cream Shop - Cajamarca. Used as an instrument according to the Likert Scale, this was done through the application of two validated questionnaires; one based on the social responsibility of Denison (2012) that consists of 8 questions with four dimensions (involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission) and another on the job satisfaction of Palma (2005) with 7 questions divided into seven dimensions (physical conditions and/or materials, employment and remuneration benefits, administrative policies, social relationships, personal development, performance of tasks and the relationship of authority). In conclusion, it can be determined that there is a direct relationship between the strategies of internal social responsibility in the job satisfaction of the collaborators of the Heladería Holanda SRL - Cajamarca. The results obtained indicated that a statistical test of Spearman ρ Spearman = 0.771 and a significance of 0.012 was applied, acquiring a positive and significant confirmation, so we affirm that there is a relationship between the variables studied job satisfaction and social responsibility.
