Medidas sanitarias del gobierno peruano frente al COVID-19 y las consecuencias jurídicas en las obligaciones contractuales de hacer en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Pablo en el año 2021

Abstract

La investigación las medidas sanitarias impuestas por el gobierno peruano en la pandemia frente al Covid-19 y sus consecuencias jurídicas en las obligaciones contractuales de hacer en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Pablo, región Cajamarca, 2021, tuvo como objetivo determinar las consecuencias jurídicas que ocasionaron las medidas sanitaras interpuestas por el gobierno frente al Covid 19 en las obligaciones contractuales de hacer en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Pablo en el año 2021, teniendo como hipótesis: La imposición de medidas sanitarias por el gobierno peruano frente al Covid 19 ocasionará consecuencias jurídicas en las obligaciones contractuales de hacer en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Pablo en el año 2021. La presente investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo no experimental y presenta un diseño: básico cuantitativo, descriptivo, transeccional y correlacional. La población censal está constituida por diez funcionarios de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Pablo y veinte gerentes o representantes legales de empresas que contrataron con la Municipalidad Provincial de San Pablo en el año 2021. Para la recolección de datos se empleó la técnica de entrevista y el instrumento fue la guía de entrevista. Los datos recolectados se procesaron con el Programa SPSS v.23. Se arribó a la conclusión que las medidas sanitarias impuestas por el gobierno peruano frente al Covid-19 determinaron consecuencias jurídicas en las obligaciones contractuales de hacer en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Pablo en el año 2021.

The investigation of the sanitary measures imposed by the Peruvian government in the Covid-19 pandemic and its legal consequences in the contractual obligations to be performed in the Provincial Municipality of San Pablo, Cajamarca region, 2021, aimed to determine the legal consequences that caused the sanitary measures filed by the government against Covid 19 in the contractual obligations to be carried out in the Provincial Municipality of San Pablo in the year 2021, having as a hypothesis The imposition of sanitary measures by the Peruvian government against Covid 19 will cause legal consequences in the contractual obligations to be made in the Provincial Municipality of San Pablo in the year 2021. This research has a quantitative approach of a non-experimental descriptive type and presents a design: basic quantitative, descriptive, transactional and correlational. The census population is made up of ten officials from the Provincial Municipality of São Paulo and twenty managers or legal representatives of companies that contracted with the Provincial Municipality of São Paulo in 2021. For data collection, the interview technique and the instrument was the interview guide. The collected data was processed with the SPSS v.23 Program. It was concluded that the sanitary measures imposed by the Peruvian government by Covid-19 determined legal consequences in the contractual obligations to be performed in the Provincial Municipality of San Pablo in the year 2021.
