The objective of the research is to determine the psychosocial risk factors that influence nursing care at Casma public hospital - 2021. Methodology: Quantitative approach, descriptive level and non-experimental design. The population consisted of 21 nurses. The data were obtained using the survey technique and as an instrument the questionnaire, validated by expert judges with a result of V. Aiken 1.00 and the reliability using Cronbach's Alpha 0.731, which highlights that the instrument used has a high level of reliability. Results: Of a total of 21 nurses, 95% of respondents were female and 5% were male. 52% of those surveyed stated that sometimes psychosocial risk factors according to the dimension they demand at work influence care, 29% stated that they never influence care and 19% stated that they always influence care. 67% of the respondents stated that sometimes psychosocial risk factors according to the organization dimension at work influence care, 19% stated that they never influence care and 14% stated that they always influence care. 71% of the respondents stated that sometimes psychosocial risk factors according to the interpersonal relationships dimension influence care, 24% stated that they never influence care and 5% always stated that they influence care. 57% of those surveyed stated that sometimes psychosocial risk factors according to the work shift dimension influence care, 29% stated that they never influence care and 14% stated that they always influence care. Finally, 57% of the respondents stated that psychosocial risk factors sometimes influence care, 24% stated that they always influence nursing care and 19% stated that they never influence care.
