Sistema experto para el diagnóstico de enfermedades respiratorias crónicas en el distrito La Esperanza – provincia de Trujillo

Abstract

La aplicación del conocimiento en diferentes contextos (industrial, biológico, informático) está ampliamente demostrado, además el conocimiento es una herramienta efectiva para solucionar los diferentes problemas cotidianos, ahora todos entendemos que ese conocimiento le pertenece a un maestro de la información, el mismo que perdura y se va con él. Los sistemas expertos son un área de la informática que se derivan de la (Inteligencia Artificial), se basan en el conocimiento de un experto o llámese maestro de la información para hacer perdurar este conocimiento en un sistema informático. En el campo de la medicina, se están implementando para ayudar al médico en el diagnóstico clínico como se presentará en el siguiente proyecto. Las enfermedades respiratorias crónicas son las terceras causantes de muerte en el Perú y el mundo, es una enfermedad que pone en riesgo cientos de vidas al año en este país. En el presente trabajo de tesis, se ofrece una visión detallada de la construcción de un sistema experto para el diagnóstico de las enfermedades respiratorias crónicas, el mismo que servirá de apoyo a los profesionales en el área de salud y personas que padecen esta enfermedad permitiendo realizar el diagnóstico de esta. En el primer capítulo se encuentran los aspectos generales de la investigación poniendo énfasis en los objetivos a lograr, en el segundo capítulo se expone la base teórica necesaria de la presente tesis, en el tercer capítulo se describe la hipótesis de lo que se espera lograr, y en los capítulos siguientes la representación del proyecto en general, apoyado en el conocimiento y experiencia del experto humano mediante la ingeniería del conocimiento, finalmente se realiza la comprobación de la hipótesis que permiten verificar los resultados obtenidos comparados con resultados proporcionados por fuentes cercanas al tema, además se presentan las conclusiones donde se cumplen cada uno de los objetivos, de esta forma se recomienda investigar los diferentes problemas que existen dentro de las enfermedades respiratorias crónicas.

The application of knowledge of different contexts (industrial, biological, computer) is demonstrated, in addition is a very effective tool to solve different problems, now we all understand that this knowledge belongs to a master of information, and this knowledge disappears with the death. Expert systems in the area of information technology that are derived from Artificial Intelligence are based on the knowledge of an expert that makes this knowledge endure in a computer system. In the field of medicine, we are implementing one to help the doctor in the clinical diagnosis as presented in the following project. Chronic respiratory diseases are the third leading cause of death in Peru and the world. In the present thesis work, we present a vision of an expert system for the diagnosis of chronic respiratory diseases, the same that will give support for professionals in the area of health and help people suffering from this disease. In the first chapter are the general aspects of the research, in the second chapter is exposed the theoretical basis of this thesis, the third chapter describes the hypothesis of what is expected, and in the following chapters the representation of the project in general, supported by the knowledge and experience of the human expert through knowledge engineering. Finally, the verification of the hypothesis that allows verifying the results obtained compared with results provided by sources besides to the subject is carried out, in addition the conclusions are presented where each one of the objectives is fulfilled, in this way it is recommended to investigate the different problems that exist within of chronic respiratory diseases.
