The present research has the general objective of designing the crematorium service process that impacts the environmental perception of pet owners. The survey was applied as data collection instruments to a sample of 382 people, of which 71% have a pet, belonging to the 59 neighborhood territories of the Trujillo district. The research is projective with a non-experimental research design. The results were that 30% of people attach great importance to pet services, as well as make a considerable investment in their care and feeding. Needs and opportunities for the cremation service have also been identified, obtaining that 56% of people are willing to purchase it, on the other hand, 41% consider that an ecological oven would reduce environmental pollution, complying with certain environmental protocols. Based on the results obtained, promotion and management strategies were proposed, such as the use of social networks, strategic alliances with veterinarians, clinics and animal advocacy groups, to increase the dissemination and knowledge of the service. Finally, the investment has been calculated at S / 190,579.00, recoverable in the fourth year of operation.
