The objective of this research work was to determine how the seismic response of Hospital Mi Perú will improve with the evaluation of the Elastomeric Isolator and Triple Pendulum Isolator according to Standard E.031. For the development of the thesis, we worked with a 6-story reinforced concrete structure, of which 3 models were made in the ETABS program, the first model is that of a conventional structure and the next 2 are with the incorporation of insulators Seismic at the base, Triple Pendulum Isolator and the LRB Isolator, static and dynamic analysis were applied to these models to obtain results. These reveal that the Isolation system with Triple Pendulum Isolator absorbs a percentage of 74% of the seismic force in the X and Y axis, and for the LRB, it absorbs 85% of the force produced by the earthquake. The displacements in the Lead Core isolation system in the X Quake were 31.2cm and for the Y Quake it was 31.09cm and for the FPS, in the X Quake it was 29.50cm and the Y Quake of 28.30cm. The shear force, when using the FPS Insulator, reduces 26% in both directions and for the LRB Insulator, it reduces 15%. The mezzanine distortions for the LRB isolator, presents a value of 0.006456 in the X earthquake and 0.006993 in the Y earthquake; however, for the FPS Isolator at Quake X, 0.006078 and Quake at Y, 0.006993. The Triple Pendulum Isolator, was reduced by 30% for the X, Y earthquake, for the LRB Isolation System, it was reduced by 21% for the X earthquake and 30% for the Y earthquake. Thus, showing that the most effective isolator is the Triple Pendulum Insulator.
