Disability is present at all ages, hence the importance of developing hospital infrastructure projects that respond to the demand of the disabled population and improve their quality of life. This project was administered and managed by a public investment by MINSA, with financing at the Metropolitan level. The objective was the optimal development of the architectural design of a Physical Medicine Center that contributes to the comprehensive rehabilitation of the disabled child population in North Lima. It is based on the creation of hospitable environments through play and movement in its volumetry that, through its composition, generate integrating spaces producing a connection with nature, through functional terraces and recreational areas; Likewise, the main idea was to generate motivating spaces that produce different perceptions and sensations. Taking into account the user - objective (0 -17 years) as the main axis, the results indicated that wide and illuminated spaces, the use of Color Psychology, therapeutic gardens with recreational spaces benefit and improve physical, social and emotional health. of children and adolescents, the same ones that when thought according to their characteristics and needs allow to achieve an integral rehabilitation.
