The objective of this thesis is to determine the principles of architectural permeability to the environment and the sustainable energy systems that contribute to their application in the design of the new headquarters of the healthcare center for emergencies in the city of Trujillo. For this, a descriptive, causal and projective research methodology was used, using case analysis instruments, interviews and theoretical bases, to be later applied and demonstrated in the architectural design implanted in the land donated by the state to the organization. The result obtained were design guidelines based on the research variables such as those mentioned below: In the case of permeable architectural principles, we have absorbance (oblique approach, delayed accesses and rectangular path configuration); penetrability (open plan, mobile walls, partitions and virtual enclosure (full and empty)) and convergence (squares, malls, translucent roofs and vegetation) and in the case of sustainable energy systems, passive cooling techniques were obtained (lateral spans and patios); water efficiency (gray water treatment) and the implementation of a photovoltaic solar installation (photovoltaic panels and glass). The results of this research revealed that the principles of architectural permeability to the environment and sustainable energy systems contribute to the optimal design of the healthcare center for emergencies in Trujillo, as well as the urban development in which the project would be implemented.
