The improvement of processes and products or services, at the present time represents practically a mandatory pillar and a main objective of the organizations that seek to achieve an increasingly higher quality and be better in the market that they operate. This improvement represents a philosophy of the companies in which all the agents of a company must be involved, making the most of the knowledge and experiences that its personnel have acquired over time as collaborators of the processes, in order to implement new methodologies, work or new models that allow you to conceive a culture of continuous improvement. The objective of this research is to know how the implementation of the Deming Cycle influences the economic losses of the garment manufacturing process of the Peruvian company Textile Baby Fashion Sac; a company engaged in the production and export of children's and baby clothing. From the use of Industrial Engineering tools such as: Cause-effect Analysis, Pareto Diagram, Operations Diagram (DOP), Process Analysis Diagram (DAP), SWOT Analysis; and Quality indicators, it was possible to diagnose the situation and implement a pilot plan for continuous improvement based on the Deming Cycle, which allowed corroborating the benefits of the methodology, reflecting results in the reduction of garments rejected by default, increasing the efficiency and productivity of the process; and consequently minimizing losses due to rejected products.
