The purpose of this research is to determine how Customer relationship management (CRM) is related to customer loyalty in a super wholesale company in Callao, 2021. The type of research is basic and the methodology used was the quantitative approach, from descriptive type, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. In the same way, applying a simple non-probabilistic sampling for infinite populations, a sample of 384 clients of the analyzed company is considered. The technique that was applied was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire with 21 items, which uses the Likert scale. The variables obtained were positive, obtaining a Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to 0.933. In this way, it is confirmed that the instrument is viable. In addition, for the statistical analysis, the Spearman correlation test was used, obtaining a coefficient equal to 0.686, which indicates that there is a high relationship between the 2 variables. In turn, it was possible to accept the three specific hypotheses, which present a positive correlation between the dimensions of the independent variable compared to customer loyalty. Once the instrument has been corroborated, it is concluded that the CRM tool is very important, especially in the retail sector, since, having quantitative information, the customer's need can be foreseen, who now becomes the center of operations.
