An investigation work of an occupational health and safety system was carried to reduce costs, prevent and minimize occupational risks, it began due to the problematic situations identified and analyzed in the company CRUTER SAC. which is dedicated to the field of civil construction and installation of electrical systems where interest was observed with the issue of safety. The main objective of this work was to design an occupational safety plan to minimize hazards and risks in the operations of the company CRUTER S.A.C. To achieve the aforementioned objective, a historical review of how each of these areas is being carried out in the company was first carried out, this was carried out fundamentally to know the current situation in the field of quality, safety and the environment, in order to propose improvements that help achieve the proposed objective. The workers of the company CRUTER SAC were constantly exposed to the following dangers: electric shocks, physical dangers, inhalation of chemical substances, etc. Finally, a projection of the economic and financial evaluation of the proposal was carried out, which indicates that the benefits acquired exceed the costs, making it viable.
