Conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas frente a la prueba de papanicolaou en mujeres atendidas en el Centro Materno Infantil Santa Luzmila II, Lima 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar los Conocimientos, Actitudes y Prácticas frente a la prueba de Papanicolaou en mujeres atendidas en el Centro Materno Infantil Santa Luzmila II, Lima 2019.

La población estuvo compuesta por 757 mujeres con edades comprendidas entre 30 y 59 años, que acudieron al servicio de Planificación Familiar y Cáncer en el Centro Materno Infantil Santa Luzmila II, la muestra estará conformada por 140 mujeres, en las cuales se han estudiado la variable: Conocimientos , Actitudes y Practicas, esta investigación utilizó para su propósito el tipo descriptivo de corte transaccional, diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo, que recogió la información en un período específico, que se desarrolló al aplicar el instrumento (cuestionario) Conocimientos , Actitudes y Practicas, con escala de Likert, cuyos resultados se presentan gráfica y textualmente.

La investigación concluye que un 60% de las pacientes encuestadas presentan un nivel insuficiente de conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas; 30% que muestran un nivel regular y solo un 10% que manifiesta un alto nivel, en mujeres atendidas en el Centro Materno Infantil Santa Luzmila II, Lima 2019

The present investigation had as general objective, to determine the Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices against the Pap test in women attended in the Maternal and Child Center Santa Luzmila II, Lime 2019¨.

The population was made up of 757 women between the ages of 30 and 59 who attended the Family Planning service at the Santa Luzmila II Maternal and Child Center, the sample will be made up of 140 adult women, in which the variable: Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices, this research used for its purpose the descriptive type of transactional cut, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, which collected the information in a specific period, which was developed by applying the Ramirez Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices questionnaire, with a Likert scale, which provided information about the relationship between the study variables, in their different dimensions; whose results are presented graphically and textually.

The investigation concludes that 60% of the users surveyed present an insufficient level of knowledge, attitudes and practices; followed by 30% who present a regular level and only 10% who present a high level, in women treated at the Santa Luzmila II Maternal and Child Center, Lime 2019.
